Since 1952, the Capital Region YMCA has contributed to the lives of hundreds of thousands of boys, girls, men and women of all ages, races, abilities, religions and socio-economic backgrounds. We are a non-profit organization with the unique opportunity to touch lives from infants to seniors. Our programs adapt to reflect the needs of the communities we serve.
